Rice Snaps, Milk Chocolate,
M + M’s + Cupcake Cases
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. You must make sure the water is not touching the bowl or gets in with the chocolate, otherwise you will get a solid lump of chocolate! Stir the chocolate until it has fully melted + smooth.
While resisting the urge to drink the bowl of smooth yummy boiling hot chocolate, put your rice snaps into a large bowl or in my case a wok (didn’t have a large bowl). Pour the melted chocolate over the snaps and stir gently until fully covered.
Spoon the mixture into your cupcake cases, again try not to eat it as you go along, not to say that I didn’t! For a cute finishing touch I added some M+M’s, you can also use mini eggs for an Easter theme. (Could I find any in the shops, nope).
Put your chocolate treats into the fridge until the chocolate has set.
When the chocolate has set they are ready to scoff! Quick and easy treats that are fun to make.
