Hey Lovelies, quite a fun causal look today. I am obsessed with layering at the moment, and this white shirt bright top combo is a must have look! I’m not really one thats goes for lots of colour but this outfit is pretty pop tastic! I think the trousers from New Look made this outfit go from bland to amazing! And… they go perfectly with my Nike Trainers. I got these a few years ago from Office, and I must admit that I don’t wear them that often, I really should! They are really comfy.
What do you think of this outfit? I hope you like it! It would be lovely if you could leave a lil comment if you do, will be something nice to see when I come back from my holiday! Which will be tomorrow! (Which is weird to say as I’m writing this I haven’t even left!)
Hey Lovelies, how are we all today! That’s it! The first half of the week is over with now! Only a hop skip and a jump to the WEEKEND! And what’s even better is that its a bank holiday!! 3 day weekend!! This playsuit is very new to my wardrobe and I welcomed it with open arms! I knew I had made the right choice, as at one point my online basket had quite a few playsuits in. The floral pattern is so girly and pretty. I will definitely be taking this on holiday with me in October! I paired it with my white flats from Topshop and my lips bag from AWear which I got when I visited Dublin last year.
This is my 2nd choice for my Birthday outfit when I’m away in October, I’m still very undecided. But either way this will be packed! And whats great about playsuits is that you can add tights and rock them in the colder months too! Some black tights and my black patent docs would look great with this! Girly mixed with grunge!
How is everyone liking an outfit a day? Hopefully its not too much in one go!
Hey Lovelies, I am so excited to share this beautiful dress I received from WalG London, I had to collect a parcel from the post office and I thought it was something else, I opened it to find this gorgeous wrap around style dress. I’m now debating whether this will be the dress I wear on my birthday while I am in Tenerife in October. It really is something a little more special and dressy! The neon floral print is just bright enough for me, and really pops against the deep navy colour of the dress. I love the deep V neckline, its such a flattering dress. I’m in between dress sizes at the moment so I chose a size ‘M’ and it fits perfectly, there’s even a nice sash detail on the back. I think due to the wrap around style it actually gives the impression that I have cleavage! Which for me is quite nice for a change haha!!
I wanted the dress to do all the talking so I paired it with my black strappy sandals from New Look and some simple gold themed jewellery. I need to invest in some more clutch bags, but for now I used my Primark flower clutch, which does compliment the floral theme I have going on!
I hope you have liked this outfit? Do you own any of WalG London’s amazing dresses? Let me know what you think in the comments below!
I also wanna say thanks again to Etail PR and WalG London for this beautiful dress :)

Hey Lovelies, it’s about time I start buying some extra bits for my holiday in October, as soon enough all the gorgeous summer gear will no longer be in shops!! First up is playsuits, I don’t have any at all! This needs to change! As I love them so much! Of course this is also for summer in general, but my main goal is to have clothes for October! We are going for a week so I don’t need to get too much stuff. Just some casual going for breakfast clothes, some much needed bikini’s as mine are all a bit drab now, and some nice clothes for the evening. That’s where the playsuit comes in! Paired with a classic minimal sandal or chunky white flatforms they will be perfect for going to dinner and having a drink in the evening.
I adore the floral wrap dress from New Look, perfect for something a little more special, as I will be celebrating my birthday while on holiday this year!! So this is a definite possibility. Another favourite is the petrol blue playsuit from Topshop, paired with some gold accessories and some black heeled sandals will be a really nice outfit.
What key pieces have you got for your holiday/summer wardrobe? Does the playsuit tick all the boxes for smart and casual summer dressing? Let me know as I always love hearing for you guys.
Pink Floral Headband NEWLOOK
Pastel Floral + Spikes TOPSHOP
Black Roses Floral Headband TOPSHOP
Black Jewell Cat Ears TOPSHOP
Green Velvet Large Bow TOPSHOP
Just a quick post today about my ever-growing headband collection! As I have to wear my hair up a lot for work ( I say a lot, I mean I HAVE TO!) I like to accessorise my hair with a headband or scrunchie! With headbands I always like my hair to look messy, a scruffy topknot or high textured pony work best for me. I don’t like that hair stuck to my head look. I have been wearing my black rose floral headband so much lately! I LOVE IT! Being black it goes with so much. And who can say no to some fun cat ears. If I was to go to a festival these would be a must have!
Do any of you like to style your hair-do with a headband? How do you style yours?
I don’t know how but I’ve only just discovered ILWF!!! What is wrong with me! I thought I’d throw together a wish list with some of my fave things that I have found!! As you can see I have favoured the almighty playsuit greatly in this wish list! With my new thigh tattoo I really want to be able to show it off, and what better than a summery shorts playsuit. Both the pink floral and tropical playsuit have a super girly vibe to them, paired with some jellies or wedges will be the perfect summer outfit. Or grunge them up with some black patent Dr Martens and a leather jacket! Playsuits really are versatile. The wrap black playsuit is a real wardrobe staple, perfect for day or night, wear with some classic strappy shoes and some rose gold jewellery and you are all set for a classic look.
I have been lusting over a sleeveless jacket for ages! This textured grey boyfriend style jacket is gorgeous!! I really need to buy it! Pronto! It was comes on dog-tooth which is super cute! Perfect to wear over anything! Or just to add another layer under a long coat. I don’t seem to own that many jackets, I have my leather jackets and a couple of smart jackets but that’s about it! This floral bomber is so cute! I love the bomber style, its super casual and this sheer floral print is again perfect for the summer!
Now for the crops!! I’m a girl who loves a slogan tee and this simple black “Coco Made Me Do It’ crop is super cute. Will go amazingly with some mom jeans, skaters and a floral crown for a 90’s festal vibe! Polka dots and florals got hand in hand, I’m forever pairing these two for nail art, now they meet for this crop, I love the floral cutout effect, just adds a fun element to the tee.
Now for my SALE PREVIEW PICKS! ILWF + EtailPR are giving bloggers the chance to view the Sale before everyone else! And I’ve got the link for you guys below!! But before that let me show you some of my personal faves.
As you can see there are lots of pastels and florals! I think my picks here fully show what the extent of my summer wardrobe will be!! I adore the green floral shirt with the giant check collar and cuffs, and another playsuit/jumpsuit! You didn’t think I was gonna ditch my love for them did you! Will go great with some chunky white heels or even some jellies.
I’ve been on the look out for a pastel long coat for AGESSSSS, and this one is stunning! Looks quite light too so will be great for evenings out.
For even more fab finds go check out ILWF and don’t forget to check out their Sale Preview »HERE«! Where you can get 50% off! You lucky things! You won’t be disappointed! I can tell you now, you are gonna be lusting over so many pieces!!
Thought I’d share some must haves and maybes with you today. In the next month or so I’ve got a few extra bits to budget for, 1 being going to London to see Katy Perry! Eeeek! Which will mean getting some kind of tour tee and then we are also going to Westfield! The other being I am getting a new tattoo in June so I need to continue putting away some money for that! I’m really trying to be good and just pick some key pieces as I do have so many clothes and shoes and bags as it is! But of course you need to top up that pending summer wardrobe!
So here is my small collection of items that have caught my eye. Of course I won’t get them all but just there for inspiration too!
1. Gingham Skaters, £20 TOPSHOP
GINGHAM GINGHAM GINGHAM Not much else to say really! The really cute pattern is back and no longer looks like a milk maid type of thing! These skaters are perfect to throw on with jeans or a pretty skirt! I’d say an everyday shoe, getting you from A to B in comfort and style.
2. Double Buckle Flatform Sandals, £48 TOPSHOP
I’ve tried these beauties on in my local Topshop and they are so freakin comfy, kinda like a Birkenstock but with an awesome flatform! These are gonna be on my shopping hit list come pay day. Perfect for on holiday and to be honest I really want some white chunky sandals, and these look quite practical don’t they?!
3. Pool Sliders, £22 TOPSHOP
These just scream buy me! At £22 I’m really tempted, knowing my luck my Topshop won’t have any left in my size but fingers crossed they do so I can at least try them on and decide. Simple yet still sleek and stylish a summer take on the sport luxe trend? I think so, these would look great with some frayed shorts and a band tee or with a crop, midi skirt and cute white socks for a girly touch.
4. Holographic Pink Flatforms, £40 RIVER ISLAND
I think these flatworms are just gonna be a ‘I love you forever’ kinda shoe. I have featured them many times before in other wish lists, but now I keep talking myself out of buying them purely because apart from one outfit I have styled them with they won’t really go with anything else! Oh well! They are so pretty to look at though.
5. Tropical Print Cami, £17.99 NEW LOOK
Tropical is quite obviously IN this summer season! This floaty cami would be perfect with a body con skirt or even some high waited shorts, its super girly too! This is a definite maybe at the moment.
6. Tropical Print Crop, £9.99 NEW LOOK
Another tropical print which I adore. This tank top style crop is a longer crop which I prefer on me as I don’t like showing too much tim and with anything high waited this would look fab. And at £9.99 its a steal!
7. Geometric Print Bustier Bikini Top £16 + Matching bottoms £12 RIVER ISLAND
Always on the look out for new bikini’s, I normally raid Primark for a bargain but I need to branch out and have a look around. This gorgeous geometric bikini from River Island is just so…perfect! I am really loving high-waisted things at the moment, so these are great they tend to portray a more womanly figure so for me and what I call boyish figure its a thumbs up!
8. Blue Floral High Waisted Trousers, £32 RIVER ISLAND
I have these trousers in a red pattern and blue and with white polka dots, they are so flattering and this formal bright blue print will be great for the summer with some black sandals and a black crop.
9. Konad Stamping Set, £5 KONAD.CO.UK
I’ve been watching some nail art tutorials lately by Janelle from Elleandish, and she uses lots of really funky nail stamps to create her designs, I do love freehand painting on patterns and designs but thought that nail stamps sounds like a pretty good investment for quick and easy nail art! This is the stamping set that she uses and for £5 its a bargain.
10. Stamping Plates (Fairytale 06, Sci-fi 05) both £4.99 MOYOU LONDON
After having a look for the stamping kit itself I googled nail stamping plates UK and after searching around found MoYou London, these 2 plates look like 2 that I would get a lot of use out of. The mermaid looks super cute and that sci-fi one is so intricate I wouldn’t be able to create any of those designs freehand! And for £4.99 each they seem a pretty reasonable price for the amount of stamps you get on them.
I hope you like my picks of must haves and maybes, have any of these items now snuck onto your wish list? Do let me know in the comments below!
