Cosy Knitwear

5Oversized White Tartan Coat, Love Clothing* | Jumper, H&M | Jeans, Primark | Bag, Accessorize | Shoes, Topshop | Necklace, Forever 21

Hey Lovelies, quite a causal look today. This Love Clothing Coat is so versatile, its so snuggly warm and goes perfectly with some cosy knitwear. This black and orange knit from H&M pops from underneath the oversized coat. I kept the look simple with some blue jeans from Primark, my fave jeans from there. They fit perfectly and don’t look the tightness. Another outing for my new shoes from Topshop, aren’t they the prettiest?! I dug out this back pack from Accessorize as its so big it can hold lots of my rubbish in it, as all my bags have the key things in plus every lipstick I own and a thousand receipts!! And as you can see, this outfit (and the rest this week) as pre hair cut! I will be snapping my holiday looks most probably as this post goes out! :)

Topshop Norwich Style Session

Hey Lovelies! As I mentioned in my last post, I was able to have a style session at the Topshop Norwich Student Event! Being able to walk around the store and with the help of the beaut personal stylist Martha pick out some really fab outfits. Some are very in my comfort zone and some are a little out of the box. Which I LOVE, as fashion is about expression and it’s always great to play around with different styles and trends. I hope you like the different outfits that Martha put together for me! Let me know in the comments which is your favourite :) (I have also linked all the items at the end, just in case you like it so much you wanna buy it! :)).

I have to say that outfit 4 is my absolute favourite. That In Love With Fashion jumpsuit is so out there and stunning. I didn’t think I could pull it off but I felt amazing in it. Also as I mentioned in my last post, I was kindly about to make use of the 20% discount that all the lucky students were snapping up! I ended up getting the gorgeous patent sling back loafers from look 3! Like I don’t already own about a dozen black shoes/boots, oh well! One more to add to my collection. And with the discount I felt so lucky as for me Topshop shoes are a treat purchase.

Thanks again to Kaiah for inviting me to the event I had such a great time. And thanks again to Martha for styling me in some really amazing outfits, you have added lots of pieces to my ongoing wish list. If you live in Norwich and fancy some style advise, just pop into Topshop and ask to arrange a personal style session, be it you are in need of a wardrobe update, an outfit for a special occasion or just want to find some new threads, they are there to help! :) I couldn’t recommend it more I had a great time.

3 Ways to Style a Fluffy Crop Jumper « Styled

one twothreeHey lovelies,

Like a lot of bloggers I just fell in love with the fluffy crop jumpers from Primark! I would wear one everyday if I didn’t have a work uniform! They are super cute, super soft and go with so much! I thought I’d mix up my ‘Styled’ posts for a bit and take one piece from my wardrobe and style it three ways!

ONE: Its pretty much spring now, this weekends glorious weather is definitely hinting that its time to show some skin, I paired my Primark crop with a skater skirt from Bank, the dark colour and floral detailing really makes this a spring look. I think that trainers are defiantly going to be a Spring/ Summer staple (not just for exercise) these white studded and gem ones from Bank add just enough ‘sportiness’ to the look! And how can you not add a statement necklace, this is one of my favourite necklaces from Topshop, the gold chain the flowers and mini mirrors. It screams tacky but I LOVE a bit of tacky :)

TWO: Dungarees, now at one time of another we all have owned a pair! These are just simple dungaree shorts from Primark, with an assortment of badges I’ve found and added to the front pocket. To make this outfit less casual I’ve paired it with my black studded loafers from Bank and black jewell collar from New Look.

THREE: Defiantly a more casual outfit now, I’d probably wear this outfit meeting my bestie for lunch, the crop meets perfectly with the top of my high waisted Joni Jeans from Topshop, just for a bit of fun I have added my YOLO belt that I got for £3 in a New Look sale a while ago! Being short isn these black trainer wedges are great for adding just enough height, they are also soooooo comfy, I got them last year from New Look and I wear them all the time!

These are just a few ways I style my fluffy crop jumpers ( I also have it in blue which I have featured in an OOTD a while back).

Fluffy Crop, Primark | Mom Jeans, Topshop | Loafers, BANK Fashion | Satchel, LYDC, TKMaxx

Blue Friendship Bracelet, My Flash Trash | Rings, Assortment of River Island + Topshop | Necklace, Topshop

Hey Lovelies,

There is nothing I love more than chucking on my ‘Mom’ jeans and feeling soooooo comfy in them. They are my favourite jeans at the moment and they seem to go with everything! Winner!

I’m having a fluffy pastel jumper moment. I think because the quality is so good and the material is super-duper soft, I want to just feel like a teddy bear all the time. Again I’m wearing my new loafers from Bank! LOVE THEM! I do feel like they are missing those tassel bits from the front, maybe I can find something to put on there… hmm. Any suggestions?

I went to see Dallas Buyers Club tonight, so so good. Matthew McConaughey + Jared Leto really are amazing in it. They are totally earning all of the awards they are receiving so far. Hard work paying off right there.

Monochrome « OOTD

Hat, H! by Henry Holland for Debenhams | Stripy Crop Top, Primark | White Tube Skirt, Topshop | Ruffle Jacket, Forever 21

Loafer Shoes, Ribbon at BANK Fashion | Bracelet, Topshop

Hey Lovelies,

Hope you have had a great weekend. Here begins my OOTD everyday! I have a really boring work uniform and when I get home I just wear pi’s or slouchy clothes, so I’m now going to be bulk photo taking at the weekend. A whole week of outfits ready to put up everyday! I’m really getting to grips with my new camera, and I’m really happy with the results! Yay. Sometimes when the photo quality is something you’ve wanted in ages it really does boost your confidence.

I think I missed the monochrome trend when it appeared last year, but I personally don’t think it goes out of style. I finally have a complete outfit that I’m happy with to represent the MONOCHROME trend.

Firstly let me mention this very simple tube skirt from TOPSHOP, I picked it up last year in the end of summer sale, I normally shy away from white but with my post holiday tan I thought ‘what the hell’ go for it Jenny! Its true length is below my knees but I decided to fold it up to show off some more leg. When summer gets here I’m gonna definitely be wearing this skirt a lot more.

In my River Island ‘STYLED’ post, I found a black pair of Loafers, these Loafer style shoes from BANK are a great alternative. I brought them up on Saturday for £10 from £25! Very happy bunny indeed. I like the subtle stud detailing too. My block shoe collection is just mounting up and up.

I’m a creature of habit and am forever looking for great finds in the sales. My floppy hat is another one of those. I like having a look through the H! by Henry Holland collection at Debenhams, sometimes just for inspiration. I found this hat for about £7, it must have been early last year. I don’t think there’s a blogger that doesn’t own a floppy hat! I hadn’t even started my blog when I brought it! It must have been a sign! Ha!

My stripy crop top from PRIMARK is the base piece for this look, its kinda a long crop top as it does cover the belly button, but it’s still crop none the less. I’m finding it so easy to style as well. It’s becoming one of my favourite tops at the moment.

I’m forever bundling up in my faux fur lately its just so cold. But this ruffle jacket from FOREVER 21 is just too cute not to wear. Whenever my Mum and I got to Westfield Stratford I always like to  have a splurge in FOREVER 21. This jacket is form-fitting and gives even me with my boyish shape, well shape!

I’m thinking of starting up a ‘LookBook’ account page thing, have any of you guys got it? Is it something you’d recommend me doing? Seeing that I am now finally ready to be posting an outfit everyday! Yay!

As always you can follow me on various social media platforms, I will soon be RELAUNCHING my Youtube channel as I have posted 2 videos, but the quality isn’t the best, and I’ve now thought of some better content too!

Styled« River Island

Hello again lovelies,

Another ‘STYLED’ for you today! From one of my favourite stores, River Island. A place where I can always without fail find something that I would want to wear over and over. Last weeks styled was very 90’s, todays I’d say is far from it.

Floral Jumpsuit £45.00 | Cream Blazer £50.00 | Black Patent Loafers £28.00 | ‘Love’ Bracelet £8.00

I know, I know! Its freezing outside and all you want to do is wrap up warm and snuggle down on the sofa and watch TV. But we must start looking towards slightly warmer times.

This playsuit is to die for! Definitely a way to bring some colour into, in my case, a rather black wardrobe. I suppose this is also a wish list kinda post as I do really love this playsuit. I think the wrap style is really flattering and also quite casual. I still love chunky looking shoes and thought these patent black loafers were perfect. It’s a very ‘lounge’ look and with the added blazer I’d say an update on something you’d find in the 80’s perhaps, or maybe I’m just going a bit mad! haha! I’d personally wear my hair in a messy bun with this outfit. To be completely honest this is my ‘DREAM’ outfit if I were to attend LFW. I’s just so bright and cheerful and in a way for me a statement outfit.

I added a touch of delicacy to the look with the thin ‘love’ inscribed bracelet. It’s just so cute and I am a sucker with anything that says Love on it!

To toughen up this outfit you could add a black leather jacket, but sometimes its nice being a bit ‘softer’.

I hope you like this outfit. I really really want to run to River Island right now and scoop up these or just click ‘add to basket’! I’m hooked on this playsuit! All I can say is hurry up pay-day so I can splurge without feeling so bad.
